E-Statements Now Available for High Country Disposal Customers
High Country Disposal is pleased to offer e-statements in place of monthly statements coming in the mail.
For High Country Disposal customers who receive their bill from the city of Redmond, High Country Disposal is unable to offer the option to sign up for e-statements.
To sign up, go to www.highcountrydisposal.com and click on the e-statements link. Customers can also sign up by contacting High Country Disposal at 541-548-4984.

High Country Disposal Scholarships
High Country Disposal is pleased to once again offer two scholarships to local high school seniors in our community.
Eligible high schools for the $1,000.00 scholarships include Redmond High School and Sisters High School.
Seniors planning to attend an accredited trade school, college, university or community college as full time students for the fall term of 2010 are encouraged to apply. Contact the Redmond High and Sisters High School counseling offices for criteria and applications.
Application deadline is Friday, April 16, 2010 and applications must be turned back in to the appropriate school. Applications cannot be accepted at the High Country Disposal office.

New E-Waste Disposal Law
Effective January 1, 2010 - computers, monitors and TVs are banned from disposal in the garbage or at disposal sites such as landfills.
Negus Transfer Station located in Redmond accepts computers (desktops and laptops), monitors, computer peripherals, TVs and appliances for recycling at no charge.
