Knott Landfill, located at 61050 SE 27th Street in Bend, is offering FREE Tire Recycling on Saturday, March 20th from 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Residents can bring their old tires to Knott Landfill and recycle them at no charge.
Tires can be on or off the rim but please keep them separated. Limit 12 tires per household. If residents have more than 12 tires, they need to contact Deschutes County Solid Waste for approval.
This free event is not available for Businesses, Retailers or Auto Dismantlers.

In 1999, The Bailey and Crownover Family purchased High Country Disposal located in Redmond. They have grown to 27 employees. The Company has expanded curbside recycling services and introduced curbside yard debris recycling within the city limits.
High Country Disposal services the communities of Redmond, Terrebonne, Sisters, Black Butte Ranch and Camp Sherman.
HCD offers residential and commercial garbage & recycling, drop boxes, rent-a-bins, medical waste collection and document destruction.
Additionally, the ownership group owns and operates Bend Garbage & Recycling and Deschutes Recycling located at Knott Landfill.
The Company is dedicated to bettering our community by supporting charitable endeavors and participating in various community boards and service groups. Charitable efforts are focused on family, seniors, children, education and annual community events that support these areas.
