High Country Disposal's free fall clean up event for City of Sisters Residents is scheduled for Tuesday, November 16 or Thursday, November 18, 2010.
Collection will be the same day as your regular garbage service during the week of November 15th and is for City of Sisters residents only. All materials should be set out by 7:00 a.m. in the same general area as garbage roll carts.
Bulky Waste items include:
Up to 4 yards of yard debris and/or miscellaneous household waste.
(four yards = a regular pickup truck filled to the cab)
Up to 4 appliances. All appliances need to be emptied.
Unacceptable items include: large furniture (i.e. couches), mattresses, hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, tires, heavy metal objects, and computers.
TVs, computers, monitors, microwaves and other e-waste items can be taken to Negus Transfer Station in Redmond for recycling at no charge. Also, for an additional charge, High Country Disposal will come to their customers location and load up and haul away any items they may have.
